Jerry Heintze - Reverse Mortgage Specialist

As a Reverse Mortgage Specialist, Jerry Heintze enjoys working with seniors and their families. He helps his clients with decisions that will affect them as long as they live in their current home. Jerry’ goal is to help his clients take advantage of all the benefits a Reverse Mortgage can provide, so they will truly enjoy their senior years.

Jerry delivers exceptional client service. His goal is to take outstanding personal care of his clients and build a relationship with them so that they become loyal customers who are excited to refer their friends and family.

" Jerry made sure I thoroughly understood the terms, the pros and cons and the costs of reverse mortgages,” A.S.

In 1997 Jerry moved with his family from Champaign, Illinois to Tucson. Jerry’s wife Barbara left behind a thriving decorating business and his daughter Ellie, was just entering the 8th grade. Barbara now uses her talents to create crafts and participates in many local craft shows. Ellie is received her Master’s Degree from Northern Arizona University in the spring of 2008. She is now studying at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington to become a Naturopathic Doctor.

After living their entire lives in Illinois, the Heintzes were tired of the cold snowy winters and hot humid summers. As hard as it was to leave family members and the campus of his Alma Mater, The University of Illinois, Jerry, Barb and Ellie made the decision to relocate to a much better climate. The Heintzes now feel like Tucson natives and love it here.
